I'm a quilter so there are times when I need the iron to be on while I go sew another quick seam, then come back for a press, then another seam. Something that shuts off every few minutes is useless to me and it seems like practically every iron out there now has this feature! Can you recommend a good, solid, reliable iron that does not shut off? I don't need ultra power or copious quantities of steam. Just need it to stay on!
